What is EEPROM Part Number Used On Proto D21G

I'm able to write & read to the eeprom but had to increase the delay(1) used during writes to 3mS. The schematics for the D21G topboard does not list the eeprom (old rev). Could you please provide the part number so I can download the correct datasheet.
