Any news about PlatformIO support
Hi,
I found an old topic about PlatformIO support for Industruino and hope for PlatformIO support was given there. What is the current status? Now support seen yet.
Br,
Olli
Not tested to upload any build yet since my own Industruino D21G far away from me for now, so I have no responsible for any problem to your hardware. Please check https://github.com/kumajaya/platform-atmelsam/commit/dd62879068bc6f2a0d3736563396ccfeb36c9aec
1. Install PlatformIO IDE on top of Microsoft Visual Studio Code:
https://docs.platformio.org/en/latest/integration/ide/vscode.html#installation
2. In PlatformIO Home - Platforms - Advanced Installation, paste the following repo (industruino branch):
https://github.com/kumajaya/platform-atmelsam#industruino and click Install
3. Back to https://docs.platformio.org/en/latest/integration/ide/vscode.html#quick-start, Industruino D21G and Industruino 4-20mA.ker boards will be available for you in PlatfomrIO IDE board selection menu.
Upload to your board at your own risk! No Industruino board near me for now.
EDIT:
I have confirmed that I can flash Industruino IND.I/O without problems from PlatformIO IDE. Just create a PR to add Industruino SAMx board support: https://github.com/platformio/platform-atmelsam/pull/159
