Add support for Platform.io IDE

Hi everyone,

I've found out that platform.io does not have support for Industruino boards, since it is a better IDE than Arduino, it would be great to see it compatible.

Could someone help on this?

Here an issue opened on Platform.io github opened 2 years ago about this problem.
