Missing bootloader?

Hi, I am getting the following:

Bootloader file specified but missing: /Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/Java/hardware/Industruino/avr/bootloaders/Bootloader.hex

... and I have 'bricked' one of my 1286 Topboards (not sure if above is connected to this!)

Any ideas?
