4-20mA.ker not showing as USB device

Hi,

I connected the 4-20mA.ker to a 12v PSU.

The green led is blinking.

However when I connect the USB to my computer nothing happens. It is not detecting the device and in Arduino IDE the TTYUsb port is not shown.

What can be the issue ?

Thanks for your support,

BR
Gautier

edit: was trying to connect to a Chromebook. This is the device I am using for Arduino but switching to a Windows machine worked.

For better results, use a 24v 1amp (or more) power source, and i dont work it with Chromebook, but if works with windows, Work with windows :), if worked, dont move it :D
