Using FRAM
I have a project where I need to keep track of three counters and transmit them from time to time. It has to be power cycle proof so I think I can use the FRAM to store them. My question is given that I may write to the FRAM 50 - 100 times per day to update the counters I am concerned that this may "wear it out." Do you know the number of write cycles the FRAM will take before degrading?

The chip used as FRAM is a MB85RS64A, rated for 10^10 read/write operations. Also with 100 write per day it take some time to wear out...
