subscribe to Industruino MQTT over SSL

Hello every one,

I have a problem to subcribe to Mosquitto MQTT server/broker. I use the exemple made by Tom here and all is ok with Industruino. But I would like to subcribe to test.mosquitto.org server with port 8883 until my desktop using Javascript and impossible to connect to the server. Error message is : "WebSocket connection to 'wss://test.mosquitto.org:8883/mqtt' failed: ".

If anybody could help me that will be very nice.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer Tom. I changed the port with 8081 and my web socket works well.

hi, i don't think you should be using a websocket on port 8883, see https://test.mosquitto.org/ for ports to use with web sockets
