Sensors testing
Hi there,
I am trying to create and test a system that use IND. I/O D21G with expansion module and few different kinds of sensor ( current, voltage, temperature and vibration). And the sensor should be use in industrial environment, ~24 VDC power supply and 4-20mA output. Can you help me to choose the right sensors for testing?
Thanks a lot!
I happen to be a faithful client of Kele since ... well ... just 30 years. Quite a stunning choice there, with industrial quality, and very reasonable prices for the quality, which does not mean it is cheap : just a great quality/price ratio.
But have you tried DHT22 + 4.20mA.ker for a T° + rH measurement ? We do, and it works great on the bench. Site beta tests by the beginning of next year (we are looking at enclosures right now).
I have the right enclosure for you, maybe

Newmar has a site power monitor that does what you need with exception to vibration. A vibration sensor can be added to the SPM or directly to the Industruino. The SPM uses Ethernet as well.

I'm using these temp sensors for a project I am working on. I kept playing around with the Amazon RT100 transmitters and sensors and just did not have any faith in them. These are a little more expensive, but I think these are of an industrial quality more so that the others. You might look on ebay and find something similar. I was able to find an older ACI workaci.com humidity sensor on ebay for 25 dollars, it was an older one that had a Carrier logo on it. I was also able to find one of theirs A/RH2/3 sensors for a few dollars more. Cheaper than I woudl have paid wholesale. Hope these help. http://www.kele.com/Catalog/21 Temperature/PDFs/T81U Series Catalog Page.pdf https://www.kele.com/product/temperature-sensors-and-transmitters/duct/kele/st-d81-xw
